Delivery

The tags are usually engraved and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery charges include packaging, handling and postage and may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items into one order as we cannot group together products from two separate orders. Separate orders will require you to pay delivery costs for each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Oversized and protected packaging is used and transport insurance is included in the shipping charges.
